Have been using the IP22 smart charger for around a year to recharge my 200Ah lithium battery and it is suddenly dropping from 30amps to 0amps after a short period then back to 30amps and repeating this process. The voltage also spikes when the amps drop to 0. I have tried different power sources, replaced the leads to the charger and battery, yet the issue persists. There are no error messages. If I drop the current to 15amps the same issue occurs but much less frequently. There is also a relay clicking noise when the current flows again after dropping to 0. Any help would be much appreciated.
This indicates that the battery BMS is disconnecting. Reduce the maximum charger voltage until this behavior stops. could be an internal problem developing with the battery.
