I have a newly installed SmartSolar MPPT 75/15. During the nighttime the blue bulk light flashes every few seconds. The app says this is a normal feature, not an error code, and it will do this when the controller is not receiving any charge from the solar panel. However, the flashing blue light itself is rather annoying as the unit is located in a small living space. Is there a way to disable that flashing light, and/or a way to have all the lights go off during the night when no charge is coming in? I have looked at the manual and the settings feature in the app, and I can find no such option so far. I also reached out to tech support, who sent me to the retailer who sold me the product, who then sent me here. Thanks in advance for any help!
A little piece of black insulation tape will sort it.
