The ‘Float’ and ‘Absorption’ lights are flashing on my MPPT 150 70 Tr charge controller - why?

I think it indicates overvoltage of some kind according to doc, but feel free to add a video.
Lights flash with a bluetooth connection also, just can’t recall which, will have to look.
Also victron toolkit app has a useful led code translator for various products.

The toolkit is easier.

Since we can see how fast they are flashing, in or out of time… Can’t help here.
