Battery to Grid Before Low Voltage

I’ve looked around but I can’t find an answer, I imagine because it’s obvious. I have a MultiPlus 48/2000/25-50 120V and an ECO-WORTHY 48V 100Ah/5120Wh battery I’ve setup the MultiPlus to pull from the battery during peak hours (for my regions time of use plan) and then charge the battery/supply grid power during off-peak hours. The trouble I’m having is it switches back to grid before the battery, either charge percentage or voltage, is below what I’ve setup. Hoping someone can help tell me where I’ve missed a configuration item. Below are some screenshots of the configuration and usage.

Any direction is greatly appreciated.

You,ve emptied your battery. Yes, SOC was still at 20% and also the 51V at the end of the discharge would suggest theres more energy available to be discharged, however, the sharp change of voltage taper at 52V means your getting close to empty.

It looks like youve discharged for about three hours, at 15A and 53V thats about 2.3kWh as a rough estimate. But both current and time scale are not fully visible.

Are you sure the battery was fully charged before? Did you setup ESS, is there an ESS reason showing in the battery tile when it switched off? How are the cell voltages looking at the end of a discharge (maybe its just one weak cell)? What are your settings?

Have you run ve.configure?

My battery stops at 49.9 volt

Can you change the settings

I appreciate the responses @chrigu and @fredvduin! I’m confident the battery was fully charged but I’ll grab addition telemetry information when I get home to share. I also did run ve.configure (really wish they’d make a non-Windows version of it). I’ll also grab the output from that when I get home to share.

I did perform a firmware update last night which wiped my configurations so I’ll need to re-enter those also.

As a follow-up, I did reconfigure the ESS battery stops in VEConfigure.

We’ll see tomorrow if this fixes it! If there are any suggestions, please do share.
