What is the VRM Fleet Dashboard?
The Fleet Dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of key performance indicators across all sites linked to your VRM account. It helps you detect issues early, prioritize action, and stay on top of system health and maintenance—at scale.
Access Requirements
The dashboard becomes available automatically as your VRM homepage when your account is linked to 10 or more installations. No additional setup required.
Key Sections and Widgets
Overview Section
• Total Installations: See how many installations are linked to your account.
• Total Active Alarms: Visualize uncleared alarms across your installations.
• Today’s Alarms: Monitor alarms first triggered today.
• Last 24 Hours Alarms: Track all alarms triggered in the past 24 hours.
• 30-Day Alarm History: Identify trends and spikes in alarm activity.
Performance & Maintenance Widgets
Note: Installations appear only if sufficient data has been reported in the last 24 hours (except for “Disconnected Devices”).
• Battery Cell Imbalance: Detect potential calibration issues or cell degradation.
• Battery Voltage Mismatch: Compare BMS and inverter/charger voltages to flag wiring or communication problems.
• Battery Temperature: View the highest last-reported battery temperature across all sensors.
• Actual Solar vs Forecast: Assess solar yield performance over the past 24 hours using forecast ranges.
• Generator Inactiveness: See how long it’s been since each generator last ran.
• Generator Service Expiration: Track hours remaining before service is due (if configured in Venus OS).
• Disconnected Devices: Highlight installations that haven’t reported data in the past 24 hours.
Widget Interactions
• Sort Columns to quickly identify priorities.
• Pin Rows to keep key installations in view.
• Snooze Rows to hide less relevant entries temporarily.
• Click Through to open the installation dashboard in a new tab.
