Wanting to install latest Android updates/security patches. Bought a new Galaxy Tab A9, successfully scanned QR code and installed kiosk software per instructions, but I’m unable to install system update. I can get to the Android settings, but it hangs at 100% system update download screen. Tried rebooting several times. Cleared cache, etc.
Is it possible to factory reset, go through initial Samsung setup and install updates BEFORE scanning QR code? Instructions are pretty clear it has to be a fresh reset to setup.
