Adjusting voltage maximum 9.7

This DC to DC converter is only outputting 9.7 V? This is after I slightly turned the voltage adjustment screw. The potentiometer seems to turn and turn but never changing the voltage at any turn. I was trying to up the voltage but as soon as I placed the screwdriver in the slot it seemed not to work

Hi i also have the same problem. I have an Orion tr 24/12 - 20a isolated dc-dc converter. 24v supply is stable and from my new solar system. It is only outputting 9.7 v at the terminals with no load. Did you get a fix for yours .
