Can not set output voltage below 20V on a 18V-30V output Orion DC-DC isolated

I have a Orion Smart 24/24-17. The datasheet indicates an “Output voltage adjust range” of 18-30V. It is also writen on the front of the device.
But in the application (v6.18), I can only set output voltage between 20V and 30V.

I need to set 19V as output.

I am also having the same issue on the Orion-TR Smart 24/24-12. My app version is 6.19 and my firmware version on the device is v1.13. Please fix this.
