I have LiFePo batteries 48v 5 batteries parallel x 3Kwh = 313 AH Genz Brand,

MuliPlus II 48v 5KA @230

I have been doing a bit of a deep dive with our battery charging parameters,

I have noticed the VE configure for the Muliplus II the absorb is set for 1 hour every 7 days.

But the Mppt’s are set for Absorb everyday ? why is there a difference ?

MPPTs always start a new charge cycle every day. The only way to avoid this is if the MPPT is under control of the BMS.

You can configure the multiplus repeated absorption interval up to 45 days and down to .25 hours.
