Absorption & float voltage settings - MPPT solar & Multiplex working together

Hi, I’m new here.

I have a 4S lithium battery bank, 280Ah x 4 = 1120Ah. I use two (soon three) SmartSolar BT MPPT 100/50 solar chargers. I use a MultiPlus II 12-3000-120 charger/inverter. Off-grid RV application.

Starlink and a couple of computers with external monitors plus other activities tend to be power hungry. On partly cloudy days, I’ll slowly drain the bank (according to my voltage meters). But none of my trips lasted long enough since putting the system together to break out the generator.

This week I had to use the generator, and noticed that while my MPPT solar chargers were consistenly in bulk charge mode, when I turned the generator on, the MPII immediately went into absorption mode for a while, then float while my meter was still reading about 13.2V. I have generally just been using the default settings for lithium batteries in all my Victron devices.

Do I need to customize my settings? And, to what? Same or different depending on which device? I’m mostly interested in:

Absorption voltage
Float voltage

but would be grateful for any other settings that should be fiddled with in support of the above.

Take over the settings from mppt to multiplus.
