#67 Verbindung zum BMS unterbrochen

Hallo,

ich habe folgende Ausrüstung:
Victron MPPT 150/45 mit Kabel-Modbusanbindung an Raspi VenusOS
Raspberry mit Venus OS 3.33
JK BMS über Bluetooth an Raspberry angebunden
Shelly EM als Smartmeter
OpenDTU als Nulleinspeisung
Raspberry mit iobroker, influxdb, Grafana

Seit geraumer Zeit habe ich den Fehler #67 Verbindung zum BMS unterbrochen, wobei der Smartsolar 150/45 dann die Einspeisung einstellt. Erst nach der Fehlerbestätigung in VenusOS fängt die Einspeisung wieder an.
Der Smartsolar 150/45 ist per Kabelanbindung über eine galvanische Trennung direkt an der Raspi mit VenusOS angebunden. Leider kann ich keine Fehlerursache finden

Er ist leider ungünstig, dass die Akkuladung durch den Smartsolar 150/45 eingestellt wird. Wie kann ich den Fehler verhindern?

Den Fehler bekomme ich auch angezeigt wenn ich ein Update mache und der Cerbo neu hoch fahren muss. Es gibt nur eine kurze Karenzzeit bis der Fehler angezeigt wird. Wenn der Cerbo wieder online ist wird das eingestellte BMS wieder gefunden und der Fehler verschwindet.

Nutzt du VRM ?
Dann schau mal in die Einstellungen im Menü / VRM
Wenn du hier die Einstellung “Gerät neu starten …” aktiviert hast … könnte es den Neustart und die Vermutung von #Danilo erlären.
Warum dann der Neustart stattfindet steht auf nem anderen Blatt …

Die Werte sehen eigentlich ganz gut aus. Kannst Du einmal top aufrufen, ob das System vielleicht zu sehr gefordert wird (reicht ein RaspBerry PI 2 dafür aus, vor allem wenn dann NodeRed und weiteres laufen?) Dein

/var/log/messages

zeigt auch nur 3 Zeilen an (wahrscheinlich wegen dem Neustart) Probiere bitte beim nächsten Mal tail -n 100 /var/log/messages.0 (das ist das vorherige Protokollfile) vielleicht sehen wir dort etwas. Ich weiß leider nicht, was Victron genau macht. Eine Möglichkeit wäre auch, dass der Watchdog zuschlagt, Infos darüber könnten in seinem Logfile stehen, das sollte mit dem Befehl cat /var/volatile/log/watchdog/test-bin.stderr zu sehen sein.

Das das Keyfile nicht zur Gruppe Controller gehört, kann man lt. Internetsuche wohl vernachlässigen.

Bluetooth: hci0: Frame reassembly failed (-84)…dies ist wohl ein bekanntes Problem, welches angeblich in bestimmten Kernelrevisionen gelöst wurde, nur bei VenusOS bin ich darauf angewiesen, was in den jeweiligen Versionen bereits kompiliert wurde und kann daher nichts ändern.

Das Problem ist, dass die Verbindung zum Bluetooth Verbindung zum JKBMS öfters ausfällst und VenusOS deshalb die Victron Laderegler deaktiviert. Kann ich diese Deaktivierung vorübergehend abstellen?

Darum sollte man für eine stabile Verbindung eine mit Kabel nutzen.
Steht auch in der Beschreibung vom Serial Battery das die bluetooth Verbindung noch nicht stabil ist.

Hat nach dem Deaktivieren des Neustarts im VRM noch einer statt gefunden?
