Hi guys!
Recently i started my solar system to power my house. Based on 2 x MPPT (150/35 and 250/85), Cerbo GX and 3 x MP II 48/8000. For the moment 2 x DIY battery banks (32 kWh total).
First step i started only one MP II - so normal 1 phase operation, conected it to PC via MK3 USB interface and opened VE.configure 3 software. No issues and i was playing around, checking possible setting, etc. Then i downloaded Victron Connect app on my PC and also started the remaining two MP II’s . I realized that there is nice setup wizard available in Victron Connect app so decided to use this to setup my MP II’s to work in 3-phase system. Worked like a charm, inverters reset themselves and started in 3-phase.
Looks like all ok.
But then i tried to connect to them via MK3 USE interface via VE.configure 3 software and… all i get is error and message that ‘‘this device is not configured as standalone’’ and i can’t connect. Thus i can’t access configuration to play with assistants, etc. At the same time i can’t see options to install assistants via Victron Connect.
What is the solution in this case? Should i break down the whole configuration (go back to three individual MP II) and try to configure 3-phase using VE.configure 3? I did some trials using VE.configure 3 before and i couldn’t see other two MP II’s connected to the system when i connected to one MP II.
