3 phase connection with multiplus

Hi,

I have to run a 3 phase motor and have following inputs to my system
a. 415V 3 phase input coming from existing power lines(or grid)
b. 48V Battery bank

  1. Whenever 3 phase supply is available from the grid, I have to use this power to run my motor. In this case Multiplus should simply act like a switch to pass the input power to output.

  2. Whenever 3 phase supply is NOT available from the grid, I have to use BATTERY power to run my motor. In this case Multiplus should act like INVERTER and convert the 48V to 3 phase 415V.

  3. Also battery should charge from the 3 phase input power supply.

Please suggest,
Whether the above connection scheme will work to achieve points 1,2,3? or should I go with a different concept.

If battery bank and inverters are big enough to start and run your motor this should be fine

I do recommend you to get in contact with a local official victron dealer for system design!

Pls consult the MP2 manual.
MP2 3p support only one type of 3p connection. I think it was star but not triangle. But, pls consult your motors wiring diagram and MP2 manual.

This is supported. On the output, a delta 3-phase load is supported, see https://www.victronenergy.com/live/_media/ve.bus:ve_online_-_multi_and_quattro_parallel_and_3_phase.pdf

But I definitely agree with the comment made to get a proper system design from a professional.
