When entering remote console via Raymarine Axiom+, the screen freezes. No buttons in the UI works. To get out of this state I pull down on the screen and press the home icon. If I enter Victron app again the screen is just black. To fix it I need to restart the MDF.
I have 3 MDF in this setup. When one Axiom freezes I can enter the Victron app with one of the other MDF`s. If I try remote console, this screen also freezes.
Any idea what can cause this?

What happens when you use the latest official version? Ie. v3.65 ?
And can you share a photo?
Was it the New UI. Or the classic UI?
And what version of Raymarine firmware?

It’s the new UI. I have not tried 3.65
Raymarine firmware is LH4.9.330

The remote console actually startet and was working once.
Has anyone else a setup with Raymarine Axiom and Cerbo where the Remote Console is working of seeing the same issues I do?
The fact that you can get away from the Victron app and GUI v2 with Raymarine Home button top left indicates that it’s just the Victron app and GUI v2 locked up. The Raymarine MFD itself works fine and only the Victron app freezes.
I have use one of the older builds on Axiom 12 with Lighthouse 3 and everything worked (slow but worked).
Now I updated to Lighthouse 4 (4.10.140 to be precise) and Venus 3.70-40 and GUI v2 is stuck at Loading application… Not frozen like in your case, but not starting either. Something must have changed in recent builds of GUI v2.

So interestingly enough, I have downgraded to the latest official Venus 3.66, and the GUI-v2 on Raymarine 12 works.
Takes around 20 seconds to load, but seems to work nicely. I got it to lock up and freeze the Victron MFD app once, and needed to restart the Raymarine device, but was not able to reproduce it since.
Then I updated to Venus 3.70~40, and GUI-v2 works. Takes again around 30 seconds to go though all the startup messages, and then it works. I have left it running for now to see if the situation worsens over time.
Quick update, playing around with the GUI v2 on Axiom 12 did indeed lock the app eventually. Tapping around the non-responsive screen did eventually go back to the Victron app, albeit very slowly… and trying to start the GUI v2 again did reboot the Axiom…
