Globallink 520 with smart shunt

Hello,

I have paired my Globallink 520 and my Smart Shubt 500A with Bluetooth. The smart shunt is in the VRM Website with the globallink 520, but there are not any Character such as Voltage and other in the VRM App seen. In the list of Victron is the Smart Shunt listed, that it can be paired with bluetooth with the globallink 520 unit. What is the problem?

It can take up to 15 minutes according to the manual for the Bluetooth connection to be effective.

Hello,

tank you for your answer. I waited more than an hour, but nothing works. I can not see the voltage and amperes of the smartshunt in my vrm desktop and in the globallink 520.
