CCGX support for Oceanvolt Cleantron Battery system needs update

I have a sailing yacht with an Oceanvolt ServoProp motor and Cleantron 31 kWh battery system, all integrated with an extensive Victron system, installed by Spirit Yachts on original build two years ago. To my knowledge, there has been no update to the Victron firmware that supports this integration to date. In particular, the battery system still shows up in the device list as “Valence Battery” which is clearly inaccurate. More importantly, the data provided to the Victron system is inadequate in these regards:

1) Charge/discharge battery current is quantized to 1 amp, meaning that power is quantized to 50W. This is fine for motor operation, but not good for seeing small system loads on the battery, or slow charging from PV.

2) Displayed battery voltage is quantized to 1 V with no decimals, again inhibiting monitoring of slow/small changes. Battery voltage is also at least 1V lower than measured on the battery output bus by a Victron SmartShunt. Why?

3) The battery SOC and time remaining are not shown unless the motor controller is running. This is not ideal for overall system monitoring while not underway. Can’t the battery system report its SOC independently?
