I purchased a boat with a Phoenix 12/2500/120. The boat instructions lead to using an old laptop with an MK1 USB adapter which aren’t on the boat. I purchased an MK3 from the local Victron dealer to reconfigure charging parameters for my new AGM batteries. I have the ve config programs installed but it won’t access the unit. I had the dealer come out to do it with the same results. We’re in the islands with limited professional resources
