Wiring the Multiplus Compact 12/1200/50 120v

Looking for any suggestions on how to wire the AC input and output on this newer Multiplus Victron introduced last year. On my MP-II it was straightforward to run conduit to the unit and wire that into my panel using THHN. This Multiplus uses these little modular 3 wire connectors called GST-18i. They can take max 12 AWG solid copper, which is fine because this unit cant output more than 20a. But because there is no enclosure at the connection area it seems they want you to use a 3 wire PVC jacketed cable for both input/output. I would like to feed this from a metal junction box and wire the output into another junction box for distribution, but I’m scratching my head to figure out how to do it in a NEC-compliant way. I’m installing this in a residential setting. I was thinking I could run EMT conduit to the bottom area and then have my THHN wire running less than an inch from conduit to the connector but that seems a little hokey and maybe not compliant. I could run jacketed PVC through a cable gland at the j-box, but dont think that would meet the NEC wire protection requirements. Any other ideas?

They are mostly German EU standards and plugs. I bought some cables and a distribution box, and even found a 16A RCD. They are mainly used for setting up office lights and power points for temporary cubicle working spaces. I was able to set up a few lights and some shed equipment without making a terminal connection, just plugging in the various adaptors.

There isnt really anything industrial about the system.
