Wiring Lifepo's in parallel using Victron smart shunt

I just finished wiring in two Lifepo’s into my Toy Hauler using a Victron Smart Shunt. Im a little confused about the setup and if I did it correctly. The shunt currently reads 14.4 volts so that seems ok. I just need to know if I wired everything correctly.

I connected the positive bus bar to primary battery positive.
I have a cable connected between both batteries on positive
I have a cable connected between both batteries on negative.
On the primary battery, I have the negative battery side cable connected to the battery minus side of the shunt
On the secondary battery I have a negative cable connected to the load minus side of the shunt and then a jumper from there to the negative bus bar.
Shunt red wire connected to primary battery positive
Shunt grey wire connected to secondary battery positive

Did I do this correctly?

This is wrong.
Both batt negs need to be connected to the Batt side of the shunt.
ALL loads and chargers need to be connected to the system side of the shunt.

?? The shunt AUX connection?

Yes, the instructions said if you have two batteries that you would need to use that connection on the second battery.

Thank you! Ive been wiring things for years and I was following the directions that came with the Shunt and I just couldnt shake the feeling that either the instructions wasnt clear or I was just not understanding.

That is if the second battery is in another service such as a starter battery or if you have 2 12V batteries in series to make 24V, then the aux wire measures the middle voltage. If you have 2 batteries in parallel.then they have the same voltage.

Also what I thought, thanks for the verification! In two days im going to go camping in the sticks for a week and wanted to make sure I didnt run into any problems. Thanks!
