Winter storage

Hello, I plan to use two Victron Lithium Battery 24VDC 300Ah NG Smart LifePO4 batteries in parallel to power my cabin in Alaska. During the winter there is no-one on site for about 6 months. My plan is to disconnect all wiring to the batteries and reconnect them in the spring when I return. Does anyone see a problem with doing this? Below are average temperature’s in the coldest part of the year.

  • December: Average high of 38°F and an average low of 34°F.

  • January: Average high of 39°F and an average low of 34°F. January has the coldest nighttime temperatures for the area.

  • February: Average high of 38°F and an average low of 32°F.

Thank you

In storage no.
Byt you do need to store them with a decent SOC/voltage as they self discharge even when not in use and you don’t want to return to over discharged cells.
