I done with overcharge by now. But after upgrade every part my system wont back to working.
There is no auto consumption the energy. Only keeping batteries Charged.
But sometimes its trying to work but on small range.
10% of real consumption or something like that.
Sometimes system go to “discharge” mode and trying to work, but soon changing to External Control (BMS of pylon taking control?) and stoping discharge and starting charge or idle.
2nd Thing: Multiphase Regulation is always as Unknown i set Sum of all phases manualy but its helps for few hours or less.
ESS is activated and should work… but it dont.
Tried everything, maybe someone who know pylontech and turboenergyy (they worked together without problems for few years).
Someone who could help to set settings please? Propably I miss something…
Optimized with Batery Life but tested all.
Min soc now is 25% Active also 25%.
Yes, when i grid disconnect then it work very well and always.
I paid my instalator and he didnt saw anything… that silly… but im stuck.
I would like to pay but if someone say what is broken or set it all proper and will start work.
I think is an problem with integration BMS, Victron want to discharge, battery want to charge. No idea why do that, because physicaly nothing changed and it worked.
Someone looked at my VEconfig? and have an ideas why it work wrong?
Today i had to restart VE bus few times till it start to work with MPPT to use autoconsumption and grid export, because it wanted just charge battery and go sleep.
Today again were hard to start system… after 6 resets MPPT started to work. And till now system trying to work somehow but on very low scale, consumption for himself? or it miss battery capacity? But its set in VEconfig and on DynamicESS too
Multiphase regulations as always is Uknown even if i set to Sum of All phases
something new…
system started to work better than b4… not perfect but… better and it last for few minutes and dont stop.
I did nothing… just he do that itself…
had to ON DC system. To see what doing second battery pack. DC Power seems as Pylontech.
But voltage in both is from Pylon.
10min later. Again Discharging 100W around or nothing.
This is only worth something if there is a shunt measurng it.
As expected since it is the battery monitor and it knows nothing about the turbo energy.
Change your voltage cap in dvcc to 52.4v.
I am very much a whole picture person. Did you or any installer verify everything is being correctly read by each component voltage wise using a multi meter?
