I recently installed Venus OS 3.72 on a Raspberry Pi 3B+ and I’ve noticed that VEConfigure is not showing up in the Devices section.
Remote Console is enabled, VRM Portal is set to full access and everything else appears to be in order.
On GX devices I’m used to seeing a VEConfigure option under Devices, so I’m wondering if this is something that has been removed or is simply not supported on the Raspberry Pi builds of Venus OS.
I’d appreciate any insight into whether or not I’m missing something.
VE configure only works in a windows environment. From Unix, you can download the remote settings file, transfer it to a windows machine, open and edit it, then transfer it back in the same way…
VE.Configure works fine under Linux through Proton. But this is not about the OS running the browser.
I suspect the issue is the Raspi. Since its not an official GX device, VRM wont offer remote VE.Configure. But i cant confirm this since ive never used a Raspi with VenusOS myself
