Where does a second Battery in VRM/VENUS OS come from?

Hello Users,

After a fresh installation and switching to 5 Pytes batteries, I’ve always had a second battery showing up in the system. It’s called “Test,” so I installed this battery in the system a long time ago. Before that, I had DIY cells with a DALY BMS. The battery reading doesn’t match the actual battery values.
How do I remove this battery? For some reason, this incorrect battery is being used to limit the feed-in load for example…

Sorry, I can’t get rid of my own mistake!!

You should be able to remove it in the vrm app > devices

no sorry its not shown in the devices. Now i have found something weird:
When i click on that battery in the remote console, the menue changes to the Mutliplus II. And here it shows a SOC of 95% !! The battery have a SOC of 54% at the moment… where does all that come?

Hi
Suppose your MP is named “Test”. and the “Test” is the Batterie (=DC) Measurements of the Multi,
look at Einstellungen-System Setup-Batteriemessungen-Test …versteckt/sichtbar?

sorry for my own stupidity! I have found what it is. As you said, its a measurement from the Multi, but i didnt know where it came from. But now i understood:

It is the power that goes trough the multis (3 pieces), i forgot my two mppt from Victron! Sometimes i was confused because the battery showed “charge” and the Test showed “discharge”. But this is possible, when the MPPT are pruducing enough power to supply my house with energy and to charge the batteries at the same time :upside_down_face: this leads to a discharge multi und a charging battery. So its not a fault, it works ! The picture shows the other way, (battery and multi is charging) because the fronius and the MPPT are producing more as i need…
