VRM Vehicle Integration option completely missing – Volvo + EVCS

Hello,

I am trying to connect our Volvo directly to the Victron VRM Portal using the new Vehicle Integration feature.

According to the Victron documentation, this should be available under:

VRM → Preferences → Integrations → Vehicles

Volvo is listed as a supported vehicle. The documented requirements are Venus OS 3.70 or higher, a Victron EV Charging Station (EVCS) as part of the system, and the Vehicle Integration feature, which is paid per VRM site. If the feature has not yet been unlocked, the documentation says that I should be prompted to purchase it when linking the vehicle.

My system:

  • Cerbo GX: Venus OS 3.76
  • Victron EV Charging Station: installed and working
  • VRM: installation is working normally
  • Dynamic ESS: active
  • Vehicle: Volvo
  • I also have the VRM Beta app

The problem is that the entire “Integrations” option is missing from my VRM installation settings.

Under Settings / Preferences I can see:

  • General
  • Tags
  • Dynamic ESS
  • Location
  • Geofence
  • Users
  • Set alarms

but there is no “Integrations” / “Integrations → Vehicles” option.

I have already checked the following:

  1. Venus OS is 3.76, so it is above the documented 3.70 requirement.
  2. A Victron EV Charging Station is installed.
  3. The EVCS is visible and working on the Cerbo GX and in VRM.
  4. I have checked both the normal VRM web portal and the VRM Beta app.
  5. Neither provides an option to add a vehicle.
  6. I am not looking under the EVCS configuration; I am specifically looking under the VRM installation preferences, as described in the Vehicle Integration documentation.
  7. I have not purchased Vehicle Integration yet.

My question is:

Does Vehicle Integration need to be enabled/activated for my specific VRM site before the “Integrations” menu becomes visible, or should the “Integrations → Vehicles” menu already be visible and VRM only ask me to purchase the feature when I actually try to link the Volvo?

Any advice on why the complete Integrations menu is missing would be appreciated.

That’s exactly the option I was looking for. I think I overlooked the ‘Vehicles’ option :sweat_smile: . It doesn’t really stand out on the page, but that’s certainly also down to me.
