VRM update fails- "product not in library"

Today i tried to check for VRM updates. i get this error message
all product fail except the cerbo
this occurs on the windows app and the phone

why do i get this message?
how do i resolve

i have cleared the serial numbers for privacy, they are listed in my VRM portal

Roll back the cerbo and try again.
Otherwise it may be best to keave it for another day

There was an issue today with mapping the products to their latest firmware versions, we resolved it around 16:30 CEST :).
