Getting same error as previous closed post when trying to update firmware on Cerbo

Same error here, I tried with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. I get also another message right after it: Error Message: devive-update: Socket error Error 999

Me too, on CCGX and separate Octo GX which is on a separate VRM account!
