VRM showing unbalanced power flow

We have a three phase 60kva Victron PV system installed in rural Ethiopia for a hospital, we have implemented VRM system with GSM based internet connection, we always see a real time VRM display showing an unbalanced power flow between PV production, consumption and storage, as you can see in the attached picture the consumption is about 5.6kw, charging the battery storage with around 2.2kw, however, the PV production is about 15.7kwp. I am wondering where the remaining about 8kwp power going and why VRM showing too much inaccuracy? Any advice is highly appreciated

Is it possibly due to the refresh rate of the GSM connection? It may not have a “permanent” but a clocked connection

Thank you, Steffen, for your reply, I am not sure if it is due to the GSM network, it might be an issue, but still at the time when it is live streaming the power gap should improve right?

How many PV WR / Mppts do you have in the system … you couldn’t see that in the picture …

The transmitted data is never in “real time”. The data packets from the individual components in the system arrive at the GX with a time delay and are then “added together”.
It is therefore always possible that the overall view is “not quite logical”.
However, if this situation occurs over a longer period of time, there must be an error somewhere
I also suspect the battery system … what kind of battery / BMS is installed?

we have 68.4Kwp (180 panels with 380Wp each), with 12 PV combiner boxes with each having 5 strings with 3 panels in series, in this configuration we have 12 MPPT charge controllers with DC coupling with the batteries, there are 48 units of batteries of BAE tubular 2V, OPZV type so no BMS is installed ( two blocks of 24 batteries connected in parallel for 48V system), and we have 6 units of Quattro 10kva inverter chargers configured in three phase in the system.

The Batteriemonitor in this System is ??? a Smartshunt or the Quattros?

recently, I am getting this error when I try to login and see components such as the MPPTs, what do you think will be the reason for this error?

Sorry, for making the confusion: we have Battery Monitor Victron BMV 700 installed with Shunt Victron 2000A/50mV-0,5 / 3xM10. In my earlier reply I was trying to mention that the batteries are not Lithium.

and is the BMV selected as “Batteriemonitor” or the Quattros ?

Yes, I think the BMV selected as battery monitor.
