Wrong Reading on VRM

VRM is showing wrong grid values. When running through the night there is no feed to the grid as there is no solar. I can’t solve why this would be

Do you have a 0w setting on grid?

Sometimes in systems there is a bit of back shoot when loads turn off (this is normal even in nom inverter systems), you just become aware of it when there is monitoring.

Load up a voltage amps graph in the advanced section and see there.

Thank you. The system draws 50w from the grid when using the battery. Voltage/amp chart from the grid meter?

Yes. Does it always show the positive draw of 50W

Yes it does (see attached)

. I also attached a screenshot from last night. This time it doesn’t show any kWh to the grid. The only difference last nigh was that the battery was not used as it was already depleted

Ah right, you have a three phase system so phase compensation comes into play.

Do you have loads between the inverter and meter?

Firstly, I very much appreciate you taking the time to point me in the direction to learn and solve this issue. I will read through the FAQ to understand the issue/limitations. I have attached an outline of our system. It was designed and installed by a local company — monitoring is done through their proprietary app. VRM offers much more granularity and flexibility if I can get it to report accurately.
