Vrm beta will connect to vrm beta site but this seems to relate to venus os beta 3.50.
So only the iOS beta app will connect to the beta portal?
Did slip my mind that the sites are running beta, can’t really not, the updated interface is fantastic.
But unfortunately betas have problems and if we know non-prod systems or apps are in use it makes it easier to find.
Now I am a bit confused.
Does the problem only occur on betas or also on official released versions?
The reason why I ask:
I am currently in the setup of a new ESS with all official released versions.

It’s related to the Venus OS Beta 3.50~.
If you use the normal official release 3.42 it should work normally.

Hi all,
We are working on new release of VEConfigure and plan to release it later today.
In order to support upcoming 553 firmware, changes where made to Venus OS v3.50. The corresponding VEConfigure should have been released before the changes in Venus 3.50.
However due to a timing issue Venus changes were pushed first, before Veconfigure update was available.
It should be resolved in the next 24 hours, if not sooner with a new VEConfigure update being available.
