I don’t see Remote VEConfigure or Firmware Update in the Device List. I lost it when I downloaded GUI-V2. How do I get back to the original version/screen?
This is a beta topic so Q&A isn’t meant for that.
Best thing to do is to rollback to an official release, then carefully read the changelog for the beta version which covers most of the questions you have as there are big security and settings changes.
There are also many open topics about the beta where known issues are raised.
For betas it is important to understand that there are changes and issues so you need to stay up to date with what is going on.

How to i rollback?
Go to the GX, settings, firmware, stored backup firmware and apply the old version again.
Thanks
Tried that option. Backup firmware not available.
Is this a Cerbo or a PI? Or how did you install it?
Cerbo. In downloaded the beta on my original cerbo. it then got wet and now not working. i replace the unit with a new cerbo.
I checked for updates, selected Official release, and update. it is installing now, only 2% complete. Maybe that will solve the issue.
Yes, that will get you back to normal.
Did not work. On-line indicted an error. I downloaded the firmware (venus-swu-beaglebone) from Victron, put on usb drive. Inserted the cerbo, indicated no firmware found.
Online: Error during checking
Via USB: No firmware found
VRM is also not working anymore 20 min since last update.
I rebooted the cerbo, no change. I also unplugged the unit and restarted, no change.
Ok, VRM back online, but not update.
Online update at 11%, so maybe it might…
Cerbo is an einstein image not beaglebone
I did not see the other file, but not necessary now, as online update worked this time. Thanks
