Hi @mark.a,
Thanks for reporting and sorry for the hassle.
What is your VRM url?

Hi Guy,
thanks for your answer. I am not sure what you are asking for. Is it my installation name ? If yes is there an option to send you a private message because I don’t what to post it here.

Thanks for your help

Never mind @mark.a

The R&D engineer now has enough information to have found the bug and is working on the fix.

I’ll post an update here when it is ready.

Thank you very much. Excellent support

Thanks for the info,

I have never dared to update my Multiplus until now. I thought it only worked with MK3 interface?

I have a 3 phase system.

Can I press the device update button in the VRM portal without risk? Which of you takes the risk

Please read the process documentation as you will lose the config and have to reapply it, the process takes this into account but you need to be suitably prepared.

Hi @Floki,

If your system is working well then I would not recommend updating firmware unless there is a very good reason for it.

If you click that button the next screen you will see is a detailed explanation about how it is at your risk!
It is not something to be done just for fun
