Today we released a facelift to the VRM control panel on mobile. Besides giving them a more modern look, now every mobile change of controls needs to be confirmed, to reduce sticky fingers accidentally switching something off.
Passthrough is slightly different to charger only.
How i would understand this would beā¦
Passthrough suggestes ac in to out no charging and can switch to inverting.
Charger means ac in to out wirh charging and battery maintenance.
I do see what you mean though, as on the forum i have see some users think charger only means is only charges the battery no power to ac out.
Yeah that is exactly what I mean. I just copied the question from a user. Most people are not sure, donāt know what it means. I noticed that the use of ācould beā is the difficult part. Someone told me the other day, itās either true or false. Asked me; how do I know what it is?
Since the update, picking on/inverter/charger/off/pass-through no longer works for my 3x RS setup on the Android app.
If I choose a mode and press confirm nothing happens. I have to go the devices in the remote console and change it there.
Love this update: especially the extra confirmation needed on the āminimum SOC settingā. I accidentally made a few mistakes with it.
But I also noticed something else: Sometimes the āGrid current limitā fluctuates. I set it on 25A but sometimes it reduces back to 23.4A while a moment later it is back to 25A. Why is that?
Since a few days the mobile app regularly loses credentials, i.e. they have to be entered again and again. In best case credentials are stored for 2 days and then I am confronted again with credential request.
