VRM portal freezes in Google Chrome. It happens both in normal and incognito mode, so it is not related to old cookies. In Microsoft Edge it works fine.

Hi, in my case, I’m trying to log in using Google Chrome version 132.0.6834.162, and it hasn’t worked for the past 1-2 months. I just updated to version 133.0.6943.54 (official build), but the problem persists.
In the bottom corner of the web page, a small red box appears saying: “Offline, your connection seems offline,” which is obviously false. If I access using Mozilla Firefox, I can log in without any problem.
Maybe the base OS has something to do with it.?
Solved:
When connecting via cable, I don’t have access to VRM. However, when connecting my computer via Wi-Fi, I do. It must be related to the internal network parameters of the company where I work, such as DNS and gateway settings…
