Hello,
I can’t reached my Installation from my mobile phone (Android) via VRM Portal. Each time if I try via the VRM app or browser, the installation is visible, but after seconds frozen.
It’s only my Installation, the other one is no issue.
Has that to do with DESS?
How I can fix that issue? I tried to erase the cache and browser cache. Reinstall the app. But the issue is very specific. Just my Installation and only from my phone. Rest of other mobile devices working well.
Please help me. Maybe any idea?

Unfortunately I don’t know how to fix. But I have a similar behaviour, very unstable connections. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes not.
Sometimes my MultiPlus II appears on the devices overview (Android) and secons later it disappears.
Seems some unstable connection. I also cannot connect my MultiPlus II GX to Wifi, it does not accept the password. Even though it is definitely correct.
Reinstalling, restarting, updating the firmware did not solve the issue.
