Hi,
Since today my VRM app is not going ‘Real-time’. I do occasionally get some data. Is this happening to others as well?
What could be the cause? VRM cloud related or could this be something on my end?
Regards,
Erik

What GX are you using? Software version? Did you update recently?
Typically it is internet related, but sometimes there can be other causes.
The realtime connection may also be temporary disabled, when the gx is under heavy load to avoid putting more load onto the device.
If it restores functionality after a certain time, that is nothing to worry, unless it happens frequently.
Then you may want to check your local device for some load intensive thing, sometimes 3rd party scripts may cause intensive load, A certain Nodered flow, etc.
This is Raspberry Pi4. Upgraded from 3.60 to 3.63. Appeared stable and working fine on 3.60.
Mine can still go real time. It could be your ISP or the gateway they are using. It might be worth testing with the phone connection.
Any mods loaded?
You can look in settings, general, support (in the new UI).
Only addon is the dbus-serialbattery driver. Did an update and rebooted a few times and since last reboot Realtime data returned.
So let’s hope it stays this way.
Thanks for thinking with me
Yip, that’s one of the problematic mods. If you update the OS, first update mods.
