VRM giving data from an unauthenticated device has been received

I have replaced a RPi on this site, of course the data is not what VRM is expecting, I follow the instructions:
For “1. GX device factory reset” as well as for “4. RaspberryPi”, the solution is to reset the tokens, using the Reset Tokens button in General → Settings.
But there is no such button that i can find under the General listings. Indeed it is Settings > General

I need to get this site on line for a demo but so far have been frustrated by this token issue.

I finally just went on the VRM portal and blew the install away and started anew, that appears to have fixed it but lost some historical data… No big losss.
