Vrm not showing widgets, data yes just not widgets

I have the site talking to VRM, I see all information but the widgets do not appear. I have gone in and checked to see if there is something wrong on the site end but nothing is wrong.

I have other sites that show the widgets:

I am trying to figure out what the difference is betrween the sites

Note that I had to reset the site due to the bad token message, but even then it was showing the widgets.
