As a new user of the Global Link 520, I have noted missing data when viewing the graphs (Widgets) in the Advanced tab. (Installation > Advanced > ) on the VRM portal.
I note that this has been discussed previously in this forum but no definitive answer has been posted.
In brief, my system is a MPPT Solar 100/20 connected via Bluetooth to the GlobalLink 520. Both units are only 60cm apart. The GlobalLink is powered via the Load output from the solar controller with the Load selected “Always ON” in the controller’s settings. All Firmware updates have been completed.
It seems data from my installation is able to be stored in VRM successfully as can be seen in my installation Dashboard which is complete with continuous data - see below.

However, the data saved in VRM in Widget form (Advanced tab) is incomplete - see below

Of note, there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with the Bluetooth link as the GlobalLink’s own data, derived internally, also shows the same data gaps when viewed with a Widget in VRM - see below

Can VICTRON please assist? Perhaps I need to change my setup or a possible Firmware change to the master VRM / Advanced (Widget) portal.
