System Configuration:
- Two MPII devices (PMP242305102) configured in split-phase.
- Firmware version 552.
Issue:
VRM Dashboard consumption information isn’t reporting total energy consumption across both phases of split-phase. This is causing the consumption to be under reported. I recently installed the second MPII and put them into split-phase mode. When I had a single unit the dashboard showed the correct consumption. A couple of days before installation it was showing roughly 6.5 to 8.5 kwh daily in consumption, but since i added the new unit and set up the split phase it is showing ~3.5 kwh of consumption. The consumption of the overall system hasn’t really been impacted by the addition of the second MPII. It has just impacted the overall consumption reporting. Any ideas?
