Since installing app version 3.0.43 on iOS 27, I can no longer log in.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I enter my email address and tap Continue, but then it immediately asks me to enter my email address again.
I can log in to the VRM portal online.
Any ideas?
Try uninstall it, reboot the device and install it again. There haven’t been any other reports, so perhaps something is cached.
.43 is a rolled back version of the original working app, if it worked then, it should work now.

I’ve tried that several times already, unfortunately without success.
I’ve got a similar issue on iPhone 11…
I’ve been using the VRM on both iPhone & computer for 4yrs. All been working fine.
On both Ph & computer it’s been set up & log-in saved so no need to enter U-name or password each time. Just lately, each time I open the VRM on my ph it’s asked me to log in even though I have clicked “Stay Signed in”. The computer does not ask, it just opens straight away. Both ph & computer have the same log-in details.
Today I tried to open VRM on my ph & it asked me to log in.
1. Enter U-name (email add)
2. Click “stay logged in”.
3. Click “Log-in” button.
4. When I click Log-in, a pop-up comes up saying “Victron Energy” wants to use “Login.victronenergy.com” to Sign in.
5. As soon as this pop-up appears, the background screen refreshes & the “Stay Signed In” button de-activates.
6. If I click CANCEL it just goes back to the previous screen.
7. If I click CONTINUE it takes me to the Password entry.
8. I enter the correct password (same as computer) & it immediately tells me the U-name or password is invalid. ???
From there I can’t go any further. All I can do a go back to the start & end up with the same result. I have refreshed the app. No change. Anyone have any ideas?
In the end, the problem for me was that I was using a different browser instead of Safari.
I switched back to Safari, and suddenly everything worked perfectly again.
