Victron Smart Battery Protect in 48V system

designing a Victron system currently that will be 48V based powered from a Ruxiu 6kWH battery, feeding a MultiPlus II inverter, but also a Orion 48/12 and 48/24 converter or charger - system will also have a Cerbo and either a SmartShunt or Lynx Shunt for monitoring/control/config.

In such a system - is there any value in a Smart Battery Connect - from my reading it seems it should NOT be used on the 48V side where the inverter and/or solar are backfeeding current to charge the 48V battery - so it would then have to be located on the load of the converter / chargers…

If I were to use the Orion Smart Charter in Power Supply mode, it seems I can configure a low-voltage cutoff - and the reactivation level - so this would provide the protection desired (assuming the BMS did not do its job anyway). If I went with just the converter then it does not appear there is any intelligence there and thus maybe would have some value… but it seems that two 100A Smart Battery protects are going to cost more than the delta of the two converters upgraded to Smart Chargers - and less components in the system to have to wire…

Am I missing anything here that the Smart Battery Protect could provide value for?
