Cerbo Gx not communicating data to VRM portal via

Looking for help getting my data to send to my VRM Portal.

Current setup:
Cerbo GX with touch 50 firmware v3.51
Internet via GSM: GX LTE 4G A.
Multiplus 12/3000/120 product ID 2702
Smart shunt
Orion Smart DC- Dc charger- isolated

Problem:
Data logs not sending to VRM online portal

Additional information:
-GSM page on the Cerbo GX indicates I am online and connected (system indicates ‘Ready’). APS is set for Koodo mobile: sp.koodo.com. I have four bars on 4G. A review of the troubleshooting section of the manual shows that the GSM is working properly after working through the flowchart.

-The VRM Portal page on the Cerbo shows The system is logging data, but indicates it is not being transferred to the portal (- -)
It indicates a #159CommunicationError. As follows: httpsconnectionpool(host=‘ccgxlogging.victronenergy.com’, port=443) Red timed out.(read time out=30). What does this error mean?

The only thing I can think of is that there’s an issue in my Vrm Online portal?? So far, I haven’t been able to identify it though

Problem solved:

As it turns out the cellular provider sold me a pay-as-you-go SIM card without any data on the plan despite the insistence that I only needed a data plan. Once this was resolved the system worked Flawlessly

So if you get the #159 Communication error on your VRM portal page in your Cerbo GX, One of the causes to troubleshoot is your SIM card not including data or potentially having run out of data on a pay-as-you-go SIM card.
