On a system that is about to be built, the system will predominantly be 48v, with Victron batteries and BMS, distributors will be connected to the BMS for the 48v distribution and charging. The boat will also have a12v system. I was thinking to use distributors for the 12v distribution and charging, conversion by way of Scotty. Can the 12v distributors be connected to the 48v distributors by the comms cable, such that we will get fuse monitoring etc.?
