Since my Cerbo update to Venus 3.54 on my mobile app, I no longer see the “Remote Console” option under the Local page, which appears correctly on the desktop version.

I got this answer from Matthias Lange:
“Are you in the same LAN/WLAN with your phone/tablet? If you connect via Bluetooth you only have the “Remote-Console” button if you are connected to the same network as the GX device.”
I was reading that post but how could I be on a different LAN? Nothing else has changed, only the Venus update.
I have a LAN physical cable running from the house to the solar cabin directly connected to Cerbo and the mobile connects to the home WiFi -
I also have an additional access point (made out of an unused router) that serves the garden area WiFi.
Having said so I will check.
Having checked there is only one network here so I still don’t understand why this is happening.
The thread you pointed me to is talking about bluetoot whereas my problem is via LAN/WFi.
Also, since the update to venus 3.54, now from my desktop I
can see all my devices also from the “Local” page something that I could only do from the VRM page before.
Are you on the same lan/wifi as the cerbo?
As I said in mny other answer, yes. I only have one network here and the mobile feeds from the same WiFi.
It doesn’t matter where I search from, home or directly inside the solar cabin the issue remains.
Noting has changed, only the Venus 3.54 update.
If you rollback to the previous version on the GX does it work again?
Do I really want to mess about with that when I know for sure that it was working before?
I can still access the remote console via its URL.
Beside, would all my setings remain as they are?
I am not a fan of disturbing things that work only for a simple test even thoug I sometimes have to do it.
3.54 has been out for some time, and you are the only person reporting this issue.
If you want help, then rolling back to the previous version will eliminate any unforeseen local issues contributing.
Is the VC app also current?

I have not updated the mobile VC recently and currently running v6.03 I was looking to do that two days ago but the settings don’t seem to offer
the option for doing that.
Do I have to do it from the app centre in the phone?
Current prod version is 6.14 so you are quite far behind. 6.03 is March 2023.
It is updated via the IOS app store or Google play store for Android.

There has been a lot of change since that version for both VRM and the remote console UI, so this isn’t unexpected.
If you update the Cerbo/GX it is important to update any mobile apps as well. They are all dependent on each other.
