We took over 2 sites and recently added 2 more.
The original installers had deserted the clients so We had to add/delete some admin users.
The PC VRM portal displays all the sites.
Victron Connect displays all sites on the Mobile App, however the PC version displays all but one site.
Searching for the VRM portal ID using the number displayed in the site’s General Settings gives “No device found”
Any suggestions would be appreciated
