Flashing lights and no longer able to pair bluetooth

Hi. Please help. We have a Smart Mppt 100/30 controller. No issues until today when I tried to do an update on the app. The update failed after trying a few times.
I now have flashing synchronised yellow and green lights.
I have done the following after reading troubleshooting:-

  1. Restarted my device
  2. Force stopped the app and cleared cache, unpaired from my phone
  3. Tried to pair but fails to connect properly. It shows on my app, but goes to 20% and then crashes back to 1% then up to 20% and crashes over and over.
  4. Uninstalled and reinstalled again but still the same issue.
  5. Checked Victron Toolkit app and it says the synchronised flashing lights is “Bootloader Active”.
    It says it is ready to receive new software.
    Issue is, I can’t get it to Pair so I can do an update.

Please help :pray:

Try to power cycle the mppt.

Disconnect pv,
Disconnect battery

Wait three minutes

Reconnect the battery
Reconnect pv.

Try with the app again
