Updated Gerbo fw from 3.62 → 3.63 and all the 4 pcs bluetooth Ruuvi sensors stopped to work meaning sensor values not update anymore in VRM portal. Also tried to downgrade Gerbo back to 3.62 but still not work. I’m using Gerbo’s bluetooth not external bluetooth adapter. All the help welcome.
Hi, please check the manual - the bluetooth section.
This lists the serial numbers of cerbos where the internal bluetooth must not be used for this very reason.
You will need an external dongle for it to work.
All related to increased load from newer versions.

Thanks for the info. Cerbo is HQ2122MRQNN. Installed external bluetooth adapter TP-Link UB500. Ruuvi sensors works OK.
