Venus GX: Digital Inputs not appearing in settings menu

I have a new Venus GX on latest firmware (v3.67). I would like to use digital inputs. I have gone into the settings to add the inputs for testing and the menu items are not there! The user manual states “The function of each input can be configured in the Remote Console under Settings → Integrations → Digital I/O”. When I go to Settings → Integrations, I have items for Tank and Temperature Sensors as well as Relays but no item for Digital Inputs. Any suggestions on how I can get the Digital Inputs configuration menu to appear?

If I change to the classic interface, there is a menu option for Analogue Inputs, but again, Digital Inputs menu item is not there.

Confirm you mean that you have the Venus GX model and that you are not meaning you have a GX device running Venus OS.

Yes, I have a Venus GX. This unit does have physical Digital Inputs which are delivered via an RJ12 socket on the bottom left hand-side of the unit and clearly described in the user manual. There is supposed to be a menu option to configure these in the firmware.

Problem is that I don’t have a Digital Inputs option in my firmware.

I have no idea how or why, but the missing Digital Input settings have reappeared on their own with no action by me! Very confused but pleased they are back!
