The reason is that Victron has phased out the VE.direct Lorawan modules.
It seems that they have not informed their distributors who are still advertising the modules, showing a Victron safety stock of several modules, ready to be shipped.
I suspected something adnormal and I have questioned my supplier.
They have confirmed the issue.
That is not fair and is causing a waste of time to customers …and suppliers.
So after 10 day’s lost for my order, I have eventually bought the Globalllink 520 module.

We have recently removed it from the website. There were a few units left in the warehouse, which is perhaps why they were still available on the market.
Apologies for any wasted time and effort. Despite being a different product, we have also found that the GlobalLink solved many of same problems that the LoRaWAN product intended to, with a much smoother installation.
I myself had to notify the distributor that something was wrong with these modules (software removed from Github) and I wasted a lot of time…only to end up having to urgently opt for the Globallink 520, which I have to go and install abroad.
Why don’t you send a phasing-out or withdrawal notice to your distributors to withdraw these unavailable modules, as they are still offering them on their websites as of today?
The two different suppliers (NL) were informed because my orders had to be canceled.
Despite the very high quality of Victron equipment, this is not how to do business.
