I am installing an Integrel Generator on my boat and it needs a connection to the BMS/Ekrano GX using DVCC. The two options are NMEA2000 (With the VE-Can to NMEA cables) or VE-Can with a standard VE-Can cable. Is DVCC broadcast regardless of VE-Can or NMEA or does it only work over a native VE-Can connection? I’d prefer to use NMEA because all the Victron and Integrel data needs to be on NMEA anyway for my chart plotters. My current wiring diagram looks like this … the first one shows the Integrel Generator and associated components, the second the rest of the charging sources and loads - merging the two gives the entire system.
